Bohemia Goose is a restaurant that combines contemporary Czech gastronomy with the refined atmosphere of one of the most beautiful interiors in its category in Prague. At Vodičkova 20, a whole new chapter came to life in 2023 – a place with a rich history has undergone a complete renovation and now offers a stylish environment where modern design is combined with respect for architectural heritage.
In our kitchen, we give a new dimension to the classics. We present Czech food in a light and innovative way, with an emphasis on seasonality, freshness and local ingredients. The concept also includes our own brewery, where we brew five types of beer from traditional Czech malt and Žatec hops – a liquid accompaniment that harmoniously matches the flavours of our dishes.
